IIRC, once we went random scrambled s/n, Rolex stopped using 4.4 & 4.7 million stock stamped service cases for those. Only Rolex will know it’s a service case.

The remaining 4.4 & 4.7 million stock is being used for older watches with the sequential s/n’s. Of course, we would still see that between the lugs.
