Columbus Ohio Stock

Picked up my SD43 Saturday and had braclet adjusted today.

If anyone is looking.
The had a Bluesy in case today that was not there Saturday. Also a few SS YM2 / variety of YM / Smurf / PM Daytonas / and then a bunch of dress watches.

Happy Hunting. Sorry Diamond Cellar at Easton in Columbus.

Thanks! I was there over the holidays and they had nothing. I don’t remember any sports models at the sawmill road location

Thanks - I like that Easton store, they are very friendly. Tried on a Cellini and a rose gold Day Date last time I was there.

The Diamond Cellar in a Dublin on Sawmill Rd has the best of Diamond Cellar. Best customer service too. That’s where I go. Easton is still pretty nice and it’s great there are two rolex stores within 10 miles of each other

On this note. YM's seem to be the most commonly available these days. Even the store that has hardly anything would usually have a couple YM's.

Are they really that unpopular? I always find YM's both elegant and sporty; would've thought people who love SS sport Rolexes would also be into YM's.

It is interesting for sure. I think the PCLs, only an EZ link, along with the platinum bezel turns some off to the model. If there is someone who is looking for a first Rolex or a second, usually they look for another SS model to complement what they have. Such as a DJ with a Submariner. My first Rolex was a 116622 and I really enjoy it. I like the slimmer case and lugs; it seems to hug the wrist more and the azure blue second hand and lettering look great with the sunburst.

So underrated. Beautiful watch. Great pic. I love that color combo.

I may need to take a ride up to the Dublin store. I went to the Easton store a few weeks before Christmas looking for a Bluesy but found the cases very empty unless you were looking for anything in PM. They had lots of those.

That is a beauty!

I agree the color combinations of azure blue on grey dial or red on navy blue dial are both amazing. The bezel also adds so much personality to the watch.

Hard for me to watch this thread and not think about the nine years I spent in school and working in Columbus. It's been way too long since I've been back there. So many good feeling and experiences there!!! Forgive my reminiscing!!!
