DJ41 bezel change
I know RSC won’t do it because it would invalidate the ref but if I wanted to fit a fluted bezel to my new DJ41 126300 could it be done?
Is it easy to pop off and snap on at home like with a 16710 or 16610 or is it a watchmaker job? |

Rather than risk damaging the watch, why don't you flip it and buy a fluted version?

On the 126300 the bezel is what keeps the glass secured to the case so it does not pop off like say a rotating bezel does.
If you had the fluted bezel to fit to it (which neither Rolex nor someone with a Rolex account would supply to you) then the case would have to be properly reassembled and the waterproofing tests completed. It is a job for a watchmaker. |

Thanks for the info. I think I prefer the smooth bezel to the fluted for day to day so will keep it as it is..
..and think about saving up for a ‘90s YG DD for a future purchase. |
