true love

this forum has a certain way of shaping one's opinion when it comes to rolex watches. when i was pretty new all the SS daytona pictures and talks drove me daytona nuts (i sold two of my original rolex collection to afford one and now i'm about to sell the very first rolex i ever owned). I asked myself which rolex do i really like is it really the ss daytona? what i did was i did my best not to look at the rolex discussion for a few days then i asked myself do i still like the ss daytona. then came to a realization that i was a 16613 blue sub kind of guy. This will be a reality in a few weeks thanks to a fellow TRF member (to be specific john from DC).

Well the moral of the story is: we may get distracted with all the unnecessary things and the stars that are beyond our reach just to belong when our true happiness is within our reach and our own individuality.

a true story.

hi
yah thats true and it applies not only with watches but to all other things as well around us.when we buy something we buy it because we like it and the most important thing we can afford it.loaning just to get something we cant afford is BIG NO NO for me especially for luxury items.the blue sub tt that you like is a classic dude!a beauty of its own. no right and wrong here if you like it.beware though you might still want that thing called Daytona you said after you get the blue sub.im talking from experience brother.hope you dont mind.more power brother....

Love the blue Sub. It's a beautiful watch. Enjoy it for many years to come.
