TT Bluesy rather than SS professional model ??

I was hoping to swap my 2018 116613 LB Bluesy for a stainless steel model for day to day wear.
After exhausting my search for even an Explorer 1 new from an AD I seem to have no alternative but to keep my Bluesy for general wear.

Is it worth being patient and waiting for some professional SS models to be released in the future or just forget it and enjoy the watch I am privileged to own??

I have been up and down the country looking for a SS model and apart from a Milgauss nothing was available so I am just getting tired of searching!!

Keep your watch. Save up to add a GMT BLACK. That’s the start of an epic collection

Sit back and enjoy your bluesy. When and if something comes along that you'd rather wear, or add, then grab it.

I know in my case I'd be waiting a long time.

I think the Blusey is a really nice daily watch. If you don't like TT then it's not for you. But you already own a Blusey, so this doesn't apply.

I also have a Hulk. They get identical wrist time .

As suggested above, if you can keep the LB and add a SS to it at some point, you'll have a nice collection right there. If it's got to be one SS watch and no others, I'd go Polar. But that's just me.

For daily I’d change the strap to something like the pic attached and enjoy it :)

I think the Bluesy is an iconic piece and one of the best TT in the collection. I say if you can, add to it and be patient.

I saw an EXP in an AD display a couple of weeks ago. I'm sure you could get hold of one in fairly short order.

Wow, that is a stunning combo! Great way to "dress down" a TT watch as well yet keep it stylish. Is that a 5 digit model?

I’m not sure - I was looking at rubber straps for mine and came across this pic on google images

If you look at the lugs it appears to be a five digit model. Beautiful watch in any case.

I'm assuming it is an Everest rubber B. Thought is was a 5 digit but sometimes cant tell (until the watches are next to each other and the slim proportions of the 5 digits become obvious.

Judging by some posts I have seen here and at WUS, the Explorer does not seem to be as difficult to obtain as earlier.

So perhaps just keep searching?

The Bluesy is an extremely attractive watch; are you really sure you want to divest?

It's the 6 digit ceramic... Look at the crown guards...

OP, keep your Bluesy and add a SS GMT, Daytona or Sub when you can..
My collection has gone through several changes but my constant
when only down to one has always been my Bluesy!!! Enjoy it, it's
a stunner many would love to have...

Love this idea!!! The 116613LB is actually such a versatile watch, I just can't recommend it enough.

Some have also put it on a standard SS bracelet, and it actually looked pretty good from what I saw.

I have yet to meet a person who was happy years later after selling a Bluesy.

If you want a quick SS daily wear watch, maybe buy a preowned one?

I’m waiting to get bored of mine and then will change the strap to have a whole new use for the same watch!

Many thanks I appreciate your thoughts and yes I will keep the Bluesy on the basis I could regret it if I sell it!
