Passion pluck: Woman steals man's pricey watches after a one-night-stand

The pricey items included a $48,500 Rolex, a $2,500 Tag watch, a $4,500 Bell and Ross watch and a $8,500 Panerai watch.

This happened in December.

There was a post about it at that time.

It's still a good cautionary tale, though.

Too bad some men throw all caution to the wind.

If she’d have shagged him and only stolen the Bell & Ross it would’ve been the perfect night for the dude.

I work in the medical field and have pharmaceutical reps come in all the time. One guy I knew got rolled in Vegas. He got so drunk, brought her back to his hotel room, and she took his wallet and jewelry and racked up a bill on the corporate card.

He was fired and showed up a few weeks later working for another firm

Difficult to have any sympathy for the ultimate in exhibition of stupidity.

Hard to see why he's not a victim. A 25 year old guy goes to 1oak in NYC. Which I've been to -- it's about as trustworthy as a nightclub gets and is not a seedy place

He picked up a companion, ostensibly for some consensual non-paid fun... and then she robbed him blind.

its the same thing as victim shaming a rape victim because of what they were wearing, like it was their fault.

People can make whatever choices they want, but that doesnt mean they are not a victim of a crime and its always the criminals fault. always.

its a slippery slope when crime is normalized by implying a victim isn't worthy of sympathy or that there was not a crime at all.

At least it was a quick financial grab with some joy attached, some men get a slow 25 year torture and end up losing everything for being kind and trusting.

It is a crime, it isnt funny, and he dident deserve it.

Agree. It’s easy to snigger but still a robbery
