This is the familiar sight, milgauss/explorer/airking/yacht master.

I will say the stock is back only if I see a submariner or GMT on the display

And SS Daytonas.

I kid, they were never in the cases - even before the recent weirdness.

If I see a SS Daytona on the display I will be worried about rolex financial stability

The “invisible” milgauss, airking are not the absent SS, the Exp II is the only surprise in that display

My thoughts as well, although the last time I was at my AD, they were running low on even these versions (although they did have a polar Exp. II). But I won't feel like things are loosening up until we start seeing SS divers and GMTs in the cases.

I was called the other day telling me they had a black GMT coming in and asking if I wanted it. Too similar to my Sub so I said thank you very much but no. Told him how much I appreciated the call and to please let me no when a Hulk comes in. He told me he will let me know as soon as he gets one. Of course I’m not sure if that means the first one he sees or the fifth one. Fingers crossed.

I know it’s normal and the case at my AD looks the same.

But all those empty slots look so sad.

None of those references are truly difficult to source — wait times would be minimal.

Actually I once walked pass my local AD and they had both black and white Daytonas (116520) on display, some weird anomaly

That is cool but I bet he won't sell them to walk-in customers

If we're looking for indications of increased supply and availability, what counts is what's in the case that can be bought by anyone walking in the door. What's in the vault only tells us what they want to reserve for VIPs.

The pieces in this case would be sold out within one day in my local market.
