Good article about high end fake automobiles...

If you are going to collect high-end stuff, get a second opinion BEFORE you send that wire transfer...

I guess anything made with hundreds/thousands of parts can be faked.

Now lots of people have machines that can make any part. And 3D printing can make lots of other things besides metal parts.

I've always thought that if those who choose to use their awesome skills to rob others instead decided to do good, many would achieve so much more and not have to look over their shoulders, ever. I guess crime pays for a while but inevitably it comes crashing down.

I thought that I would get more comments about fake ROLEXES.

Even some so called great vintage pieces have turned out to be not so authentic...
