Congrats! The exact same thing happened to me. Went it to try a Z-Blue but walked out with and Explorer one.

Congrats. The Exp I is a great watch. Classic, love the simplicity of it. Just wore mine to dinner tonight with my wife. Can't go wrong, and very comfortable.

It’s a nice piece but looks big on your wrist. It does also on mine.the explorer at 39mm is better.

I love mine. I’ve had the Blue face and the Black face. Eventually sold the Blue. It’s a great watch for me. Not everyone has it like a Sub, which I like.

I've had the Milgauss and the Explorer Mk2 at one point in time. I ended up parting with the Milgauss but I'll never part with the Explorer. You made a good choice
