So what have you been wearing in the interim while your sub was on loan?

I borrow my wife’s 16600 SD (far right below) sometimes, but thanks to dive extension, I only have to open that with no other alteration to wear it :)

Popped in two links and back on the wrist, like an old friend. Man, I forgot how much I love this reference

Anyone else have a watch you haven't worn in a while and feel the same?

Yes. In my case a Sea-Dweller - the 16600 version. Not worn since its last service back in 2015 (still had its stickers on). My daily wearer (GMT) was being serviced, so I decided I would give the Sea Dweller a go. Reminded me of how much I liked it and why I got it in the first place!

I feel ya on this one Brian.

One of my most recent mistakes was sizing my sub to the fiancés wrist hahaha. I was invited by my AD to the basel release showcase Rolex event in a couple weeks. I always bring her to the events im invited to by my AD. First thing she asked was.

“Can I wear your submariner!?”

I was curious to see how it would look on her wrist.

It stayed on and I think it will for a while

It’s a great looking watch the plain ‘ol Sub.

How does it wear after the SD43 Bri? I ask as I’m thinking of trading mine up to the SD - does it feel much smaller by comparison? I love mine but just wish it was a tad bigger.
