Picking up a DJ36 tomorrow!!!

Just got a call tonight, my blue dial DJ36 has arrived. But is on an oyster bracelet (not sure if that’s the new 2019 new model?), I wanted one on jubilee.

AD said they can swop that out for me? I understand that was the practice back in the 5 digits era.

Can they still do that currently? I presume the bracelet number etc won’t be matching the warranty card for sure, if swopped out.

If i decided to sell this piece in a few years time, would that be an issue?

Really appreciate fellow member’s help!

I don’t think they can? You are right. Your reference number won’t match to your original watch. Just get it with oyster or wait till they receive jubilee.

Why not wait for it on jubilee?

I have the same watch on a jubilee (hidden clasp). It's an absolute killer bracelet and absolutely should be taken over the oyster. You can get the oyster on anything.

I would confirm its the new model if that is what you want and wait for the jubilee.

Reference doesn’t refer to bracelet type. ADs can swap both dial and bracelet.

This - the warranty card doesn't state the bracelet #. If it's a model that comes on a variety of bands there is no issue. I think most important is to confirm that it is a new model...

My AD did it for us. Swapped oyster and jubilee. Get the hidden clasp while you still can

And you cannot get the new DJ36 on Jubilee w/hidden clasp. It would come with the easylink. So this might be the only way to get a new movement and thinner lugs with a super jubilee 63600 bracelet. Do realize the 63600 is a bit smaller than the DJ41 bracelet. With all 24 links it will fit a 7 inch wrist nicely, but links need to be added for a larger writst.
