I’m not too sure re price but I thought the 5 digit bluesy was worth between $8k-$9k. Last time I checked the polar exp 2 sells up to $7k. Not sure this is even an equal trade as the bluesy is rather iconic and retains good value among two tones. I mean it’s a flashy watch. Hard to have it as your only one especially if you wear it daily so also just depends on what you’re looking for. If you wear the bluesy daily then I say keep it or at least get some cash. Also the sub is possibly the next model up for a change come 2020. Bluesy might go up in value.

Nope. I’m a 5 digit fan so easy for me. If you prefer it,by all means go ahead and get the right deal.

TT popularity is a bit cyclical, and now it is currently on the upswing. SS has been very consistent in its popularity. I’d prefer the SS long term, and would make the trade — even if 5-digits fit me better than the 6-digit EXPII.

Can you pull of the 42mm size of the Polar? If so do it if you are bored of TT.

I wouldn't trade and I'm not even a TT fan, but the Bluesy is the exception. Also, the Exp II did Ed nothing for me, although it's a great piece.

I think any question of trading this particular model for that particular model is fraught with personal likes/dislikes. Also, it begs the question of one’s ability to simply purchase the desired model without sacrificing the one currently owned.
So my best answer is yes & no... Yes, if you no longer like your Bluesy and can’t afford an Expl. II... No, if you love your Bluesy and lust for an Expl. II - just save up for a purchase. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Well, I have decided for now to h ang onto bluesy. It's a perfect example and would be very hard to. Replace if I ever had remorse and knowing me that is likely...
So solid for now, thanks for the feedback! Adios. Sent from my SM-T830 using Tapatalk |

Good choice in my opinion. If the urge is still there down the line then you can always revisit. The bluesy is such a great diversifier in a collection. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
