Assistance with identifying this

Hi All,

My good lady wife was gifted this Orchid when we were married. Trying to work out what it is - or is it literally just Orchid?

The case back has a six digit number at the top starting with 7. Putting that through a number search reckoned it was either 1952 or 1963.

In the middle is the crown.

At the bottom it says Registered design.

At the eleven o’clock position on the side of the case, there appears to be a hallmark - it is barely visible even with a loupe.

There does not appear to be a model number.

The bracelet seems to be aftermarket, but not sure.

Apologies for the quality of the photos, but this thing is tiny and very difficult to capture.
