Rolex request for help!!

Hello I am a newbee to this forum and lifelong fan of Rolex with 2 of my personal collection and 1 inherited (1950s..Rolex 6466 oyster date).. I am considering to add one more to my collection... and here is conundrum

AD for Rolex who is willing to offer Rolex 116200 D series Black at $3815 + tax... so this is 30% of list... I checked paper work.

Alternatively he has also Z series Tuxedo with jubilee bracelet same as above.

Kindly advice...if you can, if these prices are reasonable especially given they are Series D and Z.

This all started with me shopping for Rolex 16710... and now there is none at dealers :(
