118339 Day Date 36 factory diamond lugs and dial??

I'm completely in love with this particular reference! The additional diamonds on this white gold Day Date 36 really do it for me.

I've noticed there's no discussion on this rare reference. Can anyone share some information and opinions? I'd like to buy one sometime in the not too distant future!

Couple questions:
1. Does anyone have any idea what I would be looking to pay for this model used (box and papers don't matter to me)? OPINIONS APPRECIATED
2. Will people think it's fake because traditionally diamond lugs are quite rare? This questions isn't too important but I'm curious.

Would a dealer be willing to negotiate on something like this? Since i'm assuming demand on a 36mm white gold with diamond dial and lugs can't be that popular. Somewhat of a newbie here.. helping me with the approx values would be appreciated (on chrono24 the range is bananas)

Crown collection baguette dial wg dd $22.5+++

I’d pay at or close to ask as these represent a fraction of a fraction of production. Must have b&p or service papers. These have unique model designations.

Not a fan of the diamonds on the lugs.

Nice dude! Seems like most people on rolexforums prefer being conservative

Was it difficult to find somebody who can set the diamonds properly? Was it expensive?
