GMT Master II / Yachtmaster
Hello all, first time poster here. I've owned these two watches since the early 2000s. I believe I paid much more for the Yachtmaster.
I'm curious why the GMT seems to be more valuable now than the YM -- at least judging from eBay postings. Is the 16710 stainless in black / red more desirable than the 16622 platinum nowadays? Cheers, all, Mike |

Well, you made money on one and not the other. Both nice watches.

The YM was the most expensive SS watch in their professional lineup. I guess the price has a lot to do with the scarcity of the new SS GMT.

GMT is just a much more desirable model and the price reflects that.

Well worn watches and two beautiful watches at the least.
