My thoughts making me think it’s fake was being a combination of colours I couldn’t find anywhere. And the / between the meters and feet is a little close.

What gave it away to you?

Stating the obvious but 90%+ of high end watches on Craigslist are fake. I'd only consider it if meeting at a local jeweler for a full inspection - helps to weed out the posers as well.
