Rolex Explorer 2 Polar with lines on the bezel?

I have noticed this more and more and have a questions..

On the Polar Explorer 2 (not sure about black face) on the bezel there are straight line marks on the bezel (almost looks like a straight scratch) on the 5/9/17 hour marks. Any idea what these are or know why its like this?

This is not my for sale post but you will see what I mean...

Looks like the plastic is still on the bezel.

Those are lines between the bezel stickers.

I bought the watch and the AD omitted to remove the bezel stickers. What you are seeing on your example are those stickers which, incidentally, are a pain to remove...

need to clarify, I have noticed this before with my watch but only under conditions. Looked at it this morning and finding hard to see the lines. The watch he posted definitely looks like it is the stickers.
