Is DJ41 too big on me?

Tried on both the 41 and 36. AD measured my wrist to be about 6.75 inches.

I am hoping for a blue stick dial, but seeing the diamond blue dial in person is really tempting but probably isn’t suitable for everyday wear.

The blue one is 41 and the black one is 36

Thanks!

I'd pass on the diamonds, but that's just my opinion. I'm not sure they add much value given the price you're paying.

Having the bracelet hang like that makes them look larger.

Once sized both will look great to my eyes.

I think they both look great, although ditch the diamonds.

36 looks better, but you need to take pics in front of a mirror for them to be accurate. close ups are deceiving

I have a wrist that’s the same size as yours. I’ve had a couple DJ 41s and they look great. Not too big at all. I also wear of sport models around that size and it’s no problem.

Both work but the 41 is going to be a bit showy in your case. The 36 looks like a good fit. Crazy question, but which size did you prefer?

I’m actually leaning more towards the 41 as I do like the bigger dial.

Going from 41 to 36 made the 36 dial feel small.

36 has far better proportions on you. You need to ideally have a bit of skin as a minimum either edge of the lug. You got it spot on with the 36 in modern times. It still looks ‘big’ but acceptable. The 41 is too big in my view; you don’t want a dinner plate you want something proportional

Don’t end up with a watch far to big like this guy; amazing watch but looks clownish.:

I like the look of the 41. But which one did YOU like?
Also, I have a colleague with slimmer wrists who wears a blue dial diamond DJII daily. Nobody blinks an eye or cares. So get the watch that you love and will be excited to wear daily.

You could pull off either one imo. Even though people will tell you that the 41 is actually a 39 or whatever, it wears big. Had one, I think the maxi case wears smaller than the dj41

Is DJ41 too big on me?

Dead on wrist shots like this always make a watch appear larger on these wrist. That being said, the 36 appears to be a better fit on you.

I have a similar sized wrist (maybe a tad bigger) and I feel I can wear either size DJ. Most say the 41 looks better on me but I’d probably pick the 36.

Then I would definitely suggest the 41. I also like my watches a little on the big side.

To my eyes, 36. But, it has to feel right for you. 39mm will be perfect.

I agree. I have smaller wrists, and the typical iPhone shot distorts how they look compared to viewing in a mirror from a slight distance (also the mirror view usually shows more of your arm wrist).

I prefer the 41 on your wrist, but I'm partial to larger watches. Both look great, tho!
