Yes it's a air fryer, perfect not have to mess with the oil and it's always clean inside. We have traditional oil fryers for the
last 15 years and have not miss them for a second. Those air fryers do a great work.

I agree on the messiness. But nothing beats fries that come from a hot fryer filled with beef tallow

I use one to fry fish fingers and the occasional French fries. It’s a pretty cool device
