Tudor 7019/3

Hello again all,
I've posted about this watch earlier but now that I've gotten it back from a authorized service center and they deemed it all original I'm wondering about your thoughts? Why does it say day-date not reverse as all others I've seen and missing the roter self-winding as well?
Any ideas as to it's story?
thank you all very much.
