Hey all,

Hoping somebody here had experience dealing with Dutch customs and can give me some feedback.

Shipped a DJ to a buyer (from Canada to NL) with 5-8 business days XpressShipping. Now I usually take this ship date guarantee with a grain of salt.

Watch made it to customs in destination country and has been sitting there since July 19th with no changes in tracking status.

Haven't dealt with custom duties holding a package for this long before. Anything I or buyer can do beside sit & wait?
