Reference 1601 in steel with white gold bezel

823,XXX serial number circa 1962 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Clear numbers between the lugs.

Dial is original, “swiss only” non-luminous with correct non-luminous hands.

Caseback is original, stamped 1601 and dated ’62 inside.

Bracelet is a Rolex Jubilee 6251 H with 55 ends.

No box or papers. No service history is known. Watch winds smoothly and runs well.
