What do you think?

I've posted this before but didn't have the photo ready.

so I might be picking up this one in a couple of weeks and planning to make these changes, along with a rose gold buckle.

What do you all think about it? Adding original one for reference.

Any idea about the cost of crown, lugs, and buckle?

Looks a bit unbalanced with the silver bezel screws and I prefer the original...but that may be because I'm more used to the original

i like the RG crown. The plots or the buckle, no so much.

I think a RG buckle is somewhere around 2000 USD if i remember correctly.

I think the stock version has better colour contrast and balances the darker aesthetics aptly.

Ok what about this. It's total BS but thought I'd try it.

Yeah I think the crown alone would add a nice touch.

I think your original change could work, you need the buckle, plots and crown, any less and it wouldn't blend well together and would look spotty rather than RG themed.

I like the original one, with the gold crown.

I’m glad AP is taking design ideas from my post here with the PoG ROO. Glad to know they read the forums

Haha this is amazing! I was just thinking something like "Looks like a DIY PoG" and then saw that the date was 2017! Very forward thinking, did you end up doing it in the end? I'm guessing not since no pics?

You guessed right. Moved the watch pretty quickly as it turned out to be too black to my taste.

I still think it'd look great with these subtle mods. Probably better than the CE PoG.

Prefer the original. Also, not sure AP will do the changes in question anyhow. I was just told no to add diamond bezel and updated pushers to my wife's ROO 37mm as it would not be consistent with the reference number.
