Adjust time after shower(without wearing the watch)?

Hello Gents,

Newbie here. I have a habit of rotating to a new watch from matchbox after a shower in the morning. I noticed the other day, after shower, while I was trying to set the time, my body temperature, particularly my fingers, were causing a thin layer of condensation around the watch, I wonder would this damage the watch movement by any chance, maybe it is dangerous considering the crown is pulled out all the way?

I did not wear the watch in the shower, maybe it is a silly question.

Cheers

Welcome. I don't think that will be a problem.

Pulling the crown out does not leave an open hole to the inside of the watch, it is still completely sealed. Nothing can get to your movement.

The waterproof seals are O-rings around the stem, they are not the simple gasket in the crown.
