Theory on Gold Watch Co
These guys don't offer a warranty card but do offer the "same" five year warranty. Could it be that they just have the warranty cards for all the pieces they sell and just use that to offer their repairs? I'm sure there are freebies that they pocket or sell.
I've long thought other pre owned shops would do this, especially if they offer a 1 year warranty but you have to pay them for something three years later (but it's covered by the warranty and hence they print money just by shipping/middling). Thoughts welcomed. |

Warranty is probably through them only and theyll service it most likely in house and not from an official rolex service center

They do not offer the "same" Service Center warranty, they offer their own in-house warranty.
It's only as good as the people they employ.

The odds of a new Rolex needing service in the first five years are low anyways. If you are getting a good price without papers then it's worth it. |

Yes at that stage, if the price was right, I would just pay for the straight service through the RSC and then ride that service warranty. I'm relatively new here but my general thinking is that a few hundred dollars on a several thousand+ timepiece should not be quibbled over.

Some ADs offer a 5 year on top of the Rolex 5 year therefore becoming 10 years
