Just got a Call from my AD they are super.

Wanting to know how I like the Air King I got from them last Saturday and if its performing to my expectations and to remind me I am entitled to yearly cleaning of the watch and a full polish and refinish for as long as I own the watch by the in house Rolex trained technician. Great people to do business with.

Yep, what prabhu said.

Two or three polishings (even by real experts) and your watch case shape and other subtle details (such as chamferings, bracelet details) will have essentially rendered your watch ruined.

And that is something that cannot be "undone."
