Two more beautiful reds?
Are there two more beautiful reds on the planet? I think not! Steak on the Kamado Joe at twilight last night while keeping track of the sears on my SD43. All guests said they were the best filet mignons they've ever had. Two hour sous vide, followed by a 10 min garlic butter soak, and 2 min/side at 500+ degrees!
