Anybody try a Bond NATO on a TT Sub? I've an Invicta homage to it that I think would look slick- just enough gold for an accent.

Daytona on a Nato

Might look better on a leather NATO, those polished lugs and polished bezel does not blend too well with a nylon NATO...apologies for the sloppy white balance on the camera.

I agree. The leather will dress the Daytona up just a bit more.
Welcome the The Nylon Nation.

Wearing this comfortable blue combo on a gray, rainy Sunday.
Anyone else sporting some nylon today, Nation?

Dan, rain over here in Crestwood as well.
Orange on nylon should be a good choice for rainy day.

Can any watch handle a NATO, or does it have to be one on an Oyster/Jubilee style bracelet?

My Tissot Nav 3000. I didn't like this watch for awhile and never could figure out why, but when i switched out the OEM leather for a NATO, it's become of of my regulars.

nato nation

I can't remember enjoying a thread more than the "nato nation" as I
qualify as a nato nut! A couple of thoughts....Could we assemble a
competent collection of sources? I own many yet the origin of a couple
eludes me ie: yellow & blue bond, black / cream 3 stripe, red rhino...
Your thoughts....My thx., Mike Cotter

It's a whole new different look but I like it.
I like the gray.
Are you brave enough to try "International Rescue Orange" ?

I've been reading these sources with interest, though I'm as yet Nylon-free due to tightness of funds. Could I mock one up with some cloth just to see if I like it first, or would that not be a fair test?

I'd spend the $10, it's well worth it.

SD4000.....on international safety orange....not too sure about it now. May have to go back to an olive or bond Nato.

After a few days of wear, I've come to the conclusion that the stock Alpha NATO sucks. It's fraying at the edges, and the holes are starting to warp. How are the Maratacs?
