Ah, didn't pick up on it being a B&W pic, but see what you're saying now.

I think post 71 was first to ask about a 36mm Exp 1. They didn’t specify SS or TT so this seems like the winner

How about the watch gets flipped and the proceeds are used to buy everyone here a 6 pack of their favorite beer

This actually turned out much more interesting than I expected. The B&W was a nice touch. I didn't notice it until someone pointed it out. Great job OP!

LOL!

I actually like Cellini watches! They're out of my budget so can't play this game. Seems like a very fun experiment though. Best of luck with everything.

I think specificity in the initial request should be rewarded

Curious to see who it goes to. Was a fun game though

Quick update...

Working with a few TRFers to ensure this piece ends up on the wrist of someone who really loves it.

Some TRFers, to their credit, said they typically don't wear watches smaller than 40mm and they voluntarily gave up their spot in the queue so the piece can go to someone who regularly wears 36mm pieces. (You know who you are.) Love that! Stay tuned!

Let's finish Round 1 first.

But, Round 2 is being considered for the week of June 14.

You are a great host.

Did you fill your AD in on the plan? Do they know you may not still own this watch soon? Any danger there?

Nice! The black and white pic was slick, I barely noticed the PCLs that gave it away.

Hey folks - I’ve been calling ADs over the 36mm two tone!

If no one wants it? I do!

Great exercise and a fun thread - Hopefully the watch ends up in the hands of someone who has been wanting this specific model.

That is a really fun update. Way to go! I tip my hat to you.

How awesome would it be if we could create a vetted buyer's club, no flipping allowed, just like this?

Was wondering this too, since OP is a "vetted" customer (and not a flipper off the street - his words) and he buys watches to "flip" to someone else. Not saying that it's a bad gesture, but that exactly what it is. I find it kind of ironic.
