i have a question about the smurf to all owners: does the colour of the gold change over time?

i see this one for sale, it's about 4 years old and the metal looks like it's turning from white to yellow gold:

I think that is just the lighting, though the white gold does have a 'warmer' feel to it than the steel models.

I think it's the lighting. Rolex most likely uses noble metals only for WG. ? I think there's a thread on this.

Palladium and Platinum mixes in Rolex's gold watches should prevent any discolouration.
