Yeah they actually solicit the tribe members with an email asking if you want one. Hard to say no.

I won the red MAD1 raffle, but turned it down. I thought about it, and figured the red was not something I could really wear.

The green was more subdued (if you can call it that), but I didn't win this time around.

I wonder if I have been blacklisted for turning down the red.

I don’t think. The raffle seems to be as fair as it can be. I doubt they’d exclude you.

Not sure if any mad1 can be called subdued. When I've worn it ppl say what the hell is that. In a good or bad way, it's unclear.

As others have said, you need to have an MB&F timepiece to be a member of the Tribe. If you get something like an MB&F X L'Epee 1839 (Sherman, etc) that also does not qualify... tho Sherman is soooo cool so get one anyway :)

Would love an orange and a purple M.A.D.1. They really are fun pieces and decided to collect and wear them all. Pic a color depending on outfit/mood

The 3rd is a limited edition from GMT Italia. It is kind of a champagne golden green.

Overall really cool watch. The Milano one is awesome.

I know that for the raffle, there are people who have "won" multiple times (i.e. a Red AND a Green) but there are tons of people who have yet to have the opportunity to purchase.

I hope they can increase production so that many people get the opportunity to try out this piece.

When we decided on our home, Mom insisted the front doors were Green as to her it means prosperity. Thx to the VERY kind member of TRF, the awesome GB-man, he very kindly offered me his M.A.D.1 Green (he knows i collect and wear them all). A truly wonderful timepiece (collect them all), and yes this is an aftermarket strap.

Love love love the M.A.D.1 series :)
