Technically qualified guy cracks codes on web.
Folks with not a clue about how he did it call it BS.
Who would have thought OP would actually be right? Go figure.

Great job OP. I trusted you and put in my request for a TT GMT before it was announced. That’s a first for me.

Could they be releasing the sub this week? Just not all on the first day?

So the URLs that were made up out of thin air...the ones that were used as "evidence" that the OP was wrong...were just cluelessely fabricated without any notion of understanding the OP's premise afterall?

PartyRoss with all the receipts.

I will say, though, that the folks without a clue were entertaining in their boomitude. Worth the chuckles.

Fun stuff. Great work, PartyRoss!

Nah, that's to be expected. It was more the part where the "bunch of guys who ain't" dug their heels in by calling the OP's premise "crap" and "BS." Some people knew what they didn't know. Some people questioned but gave benefit of doubt. Some people agreed with understanding and some without. But some resorted to nonsensical authority and insults.

Worry not, though, if patterns hold, the same dudes will be using the same cyncism in other posts as early as, well, right now, without pause or regret.

It feels sometimes as though an entire thread category around "receipts" would help prevent some degree of the ignorant certainty that can, at times, pervade.

No doubt. Some guys like to reflexively "call BS" on anything and everything just to be contrary. For some it's a lot more fun throwing bombs at someone else's idea than actually coming up with one of their own.

Can anyone assist with a recommendation to get on a list for the new platinum daytona?

there’s still one watch and one URL on accounted for which is the Sub.
I have a feeling we’re about to get a left-handed variation based off the teaser and the URL

Based on the OP's track record I have little doubt that some kind of submariner reference or update is coming.

I agree. Its quite obvious there is some kind of update to the Submariner. Could just be a black and gold model or whatever. I am sure they want to save something for the coming days as well. Otherwise new Submariner can just steal the show.

I have a 934 and 935 and IMO the case does look a tad slimmer. Need a real life pic. But its the ring command/bezel and caseback that make it seem so big.

Great call OP! All your links originally posted take you directly to the product now. Two of them obviously aren’t working yet but there might be two more drops coming, GMT and Sub.

You're absolutely correct.
Due to the fake leaks, fake catalog photos, and various youtube "experts" making claims on the new releases, I was skeptical and called the OP's post "fake news."

My hat goes off to PartyRoss.
Now we know to look at the "new watch release" url links every year before the official unveiling. Nice find and good work.

Hey all, thanks for the kind words and cheers to the new models!! Excited to see some of these in the metal. Two final notes on this:

1. I am ecstatic that this worked, mostly because I plan to use this same method for future releases (including other brands - sorry to all of those requesting Tudor, I just never made the time to get to it)

2. I am very intrigued by the Submariner URL's, and I am fairly confident that something is still coming - perhaps a mid-year release as Rolex has done with several models in the past (particularly since there was a newsroom article URL in addition to the primary URL

I am not coming here to say 'I told you so' or anything along those lines (after all, I am really just an enthusiast and a nerd as I mentioned many times, lol), but hopefully this bares proof to some of the cynics that credible 'leaks' are in fact possible! I will continue to monitor the website throughout the year and will share anything notable here.

For now, I am looking forward to seeing some of the 'incoming' threads on these with real world photos! Cheers all :)

A Sub anniversary edition is very likely. So don’t think your info is incorrect on that. Probably just far too much to fit into one launch.

Well done on the hard work which got us info early.

Good work on the prediction.
