Lawyer - 45 years old. Oyster Perpetual No Date 36mm. Explorer 1 Ref: 114270. Submariner Ceramic 114060.

Funny how in this forum, Rolex owners come from wide spectrum of ages and jobs. Where I come from, Rolex owners are generally not young and are all in jobs which are doing quite well. Here, a Sub C costs 2.5 times the ANNUAL Minimum Wage Level of a minimum wage earner.

I've got a good few watches but have just recently purchased a 114060 Submariner - absolutely love it! Just looking for an old anchor to go with it now :)

Airline Pilot

I have three 16710 GMT Master II's

2007 Pepsi Stick Dial....safe queen, never been worn except a couple of times indoors.
2004 No Holes Case Lunette Noir (just serviced by local RSC) Now has new LN bezel and sapphire crystal with the laser etched crown at the 6 O' Clock with AR cyclops. It's been a safe queen ever since the service and not worn once.
2004 No Holes Case Coke, my daily wearer.

About to buy 116710 LN new as my daily basher. Anyone who flies knows cockpits are the worst places for dings and dents on a watch and I don't want my Coke getting all beaten up. Will save it for weekends or when off work and get it serviced once the new watch arrives.
Am hoping the new black ceramic when I get it will take the knocks a bit better.

The GMT was built for my profession and is without question a classic and THE pilots watch. I use the functions of mine every time I go to work.
It staggers me how many of my colleagues still buy those awful Breitlings! Dreadful watches.

Its refreshing to hear of a professional using the watch for its intended purpose.
That's why I wear a diver's watch, and not a pilot's watch or a race-car driver's watch.
