The SD4k really is perfection. Is the thickness versus the Submariner 15mm vs. 12mm? Does anyone know the weight difference?

This difference is noticeable, however when sized correctly it's no big deal. The Sub is lighter and flatter and the Sea Dweller actually fits better on me even with the added weight. I'm sur a lot of it has to do with my 6.5"ish wrist size. The lugs don't hang over and the crown does not dig into the top of my wrist.

I love my SD4K but I can't seem to adjust it to fit as nicely as my Hulk.

I think its "top-heaviness" causes it to move around - not across - my wrist a bit more than the sub.

Anyone care to share some pointers with me on this, please?

Would removing the extension clasp from the SD4K help with the fit at all?

Many thanks!

Yep get shot of the divers extension, many find the removal needed to get the best fit.

I was leaning towards a 16600 lug holes model but the more I read I think I like the idea of the solid center links that come on the updated bracelet of the 116600. Awesome watches!

Thanks SC11, AI_GVA & busytimmy for the feedback.

I'll give removing the extension clasp a try over the weekend and see how I go!

Should I just remove it entirely or would I need to add links in lieu of the extension clasp? FYI, I have tiny 6.75" wrists.

Hi, will removing the divers extension allow the polished link edges to get scratched?

I tried one on at my AD today. That are very sweet. Excellent choice in a Rolex.
