Yep, definitely different hues in those two bezels. More yellow in the new, more blue in the old.

Love the green of the bezel on your 126610 LV whereas I was never was a fan of the "plastic garden furniture" green of the 116610 LV bezel.

Congratulations on a beautiful watch

Both bezel inserts look good, but I prefer the earlier green (with more blue) to the newer green (with more yellow)

I think I prefer the newer one, reminds me more of the original 5 digit model.

I appreciate colour is completely subjective and there is no right or wrong.

I think I prefer the MK1, the newer one looks a bit sickly sweet to me, a bit faded.

The darker green looks classier, more expensive.

This photo you quoted is photoshopped. As far as I know, no one has snapped a
photo of the new bezel in the sunlight yet

A darker green on the new model would have made more sense to me instead of making it lighter.

Are we now exclusively referring to the MK1 as the Starbucks?

It really depends on the lighting in photo as well. When I had my LV, sometimes it looks dark green and sometimes it was more of a washed out lighter green. I really think we are splitting hairs here.

Think you're right. The pics so far look edited to highlight the difference without actually being colour accurate. Apologies if the person who took the photo didn't intend that to happen.

My MK1 has never looked like the pic on the left.
