Congratulations! Sounds great. Look forward to seeing a few photos, when you get chance ;-)

Fits comfortably on my wrist. I love my SubC, but when I go to formal events, I love my DJ even more!

The DJ was a Rolex I would never buy . . . until some weeks ago

I bought this 1601 '73 for Mrs . . .

And to be honest . . . it's a great Rolex !

I gave mine to my oldest daughter. She wears it every day. Here is a photo when it was mine.

Here is my first Rolex. -82 Datejust 16013.
Sad the dial has a small imperfection at 4 o´clock.

Admittedly, I haven't given mine much wrist time over the last few months, but I'm making up for that now!

So incredibly comfortable....

Hey, I put it back on yesterday, as a matter of fact. Took the girls to the zoo and a goat in the children's barn gave it a taste. And I spent this afternoon slogging around in mud with a shovel, digging up the elephant ear bulbs for winter storage. I'll give it a good scrub when it's bath time - am sure it needs it!

Great to hear! I bet it feels quite light on the wrist now, right?

Definitely a difference. The new jubilee is quite substantial. Is the newer DJ case heavier, too? Can't remember!
