I recently purchased a new 116200. It's my first Rolex. I'm loving it!

Hi it is vintage 1601 with coin white gold bezel. If I recalled, it is circa 1962. I have the chronometer paper with me but need time to retrieve it to find out. But the year is around that period. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Absolute favorite Rolex model is the Datejust. Owned multiple Day Dates, Subs, and Yachtmaster, my daily go to is the DJ. I am a big guy so the DJ2 is my daily beater

I am looking to buy the 116234 black arabic dial.
I am already in contact with a seller (Tony Geha, SDwatches) Can anyone help me identify if it is a fake? I am a newbie in the Datejust field. The reason I am worrying is that its dial is smooth. I haven’t been able to find those particular specifications anywhere else. The strandard arabic black dial seems to be grooved, but this one is not? Does it also come in a smooth black dial variation? The watch is from 2006 and is a M series. |
