Does anybody else get what I mean?
I always thought it wore thicker, predominantly because you can see the sides of the case where the end links should be. Good looking watch though....

yall dont know thicc like a planet ocean thicc, my BB GMT wears like paper compared to my dictionary planet ocean..

but yeah, alot of QC issues.. mine has a spec of dust (more like hair) INSIDE THE GLASS, purchased BNIB from AD... but Id rather live with that then sending it back and having to wait again since its just so pretty and I cant spend a day without wearing it...

I was picking up a BLRO when I saw the Tudor GMT for the first time. It was on the Siena Leather strap, left the BLRO at the boutique for someone else to enjoy and bought the Tudor. If I had not seen the leather configuration I would have ended up getting my allocated BLRO though. The Tudor bracelet doesn't sound to me.

I love the "sleeper" grey Tudor cap; nothing on the front, the shield on the back - awesome

Based on what? AFAIK, Tudor has never admitted to the problem and has never specified what they would do to solve said problem.

Tudor Blackbay GMT

All you guys calling out Tudor on an anecdotal issue discussed within a watch community need to ask yourself if Rolex has ever admitted fault in any Rolex watch and if they have ever issues a recall for community known issues.

Bakelite bezel with radioactive material was an obvious health issue so I really wouldn’t even count that

So what’s the reason for the double standard? Is it because Rolex is “higher class” that it gets absolved of all faults?

since getting a Rolex is out of the question...thinking of getting the BB GMT when my huge milestone occurs in a few months....so have 2 questions....

1) has the date issues been resolved?
2) how thick is this GMT..anyone got a pic of it with a caliper?

Check out watch nutter on you tube there’s a couple of vids on there about the Tudor GMT ones about having the date issue and the fix, should answer your questions

Thanks I watched it......looks like he had the issue and submitted it for service......also reading other threads and forums.....the date issue is not pronounced on recent builds......and if it does occur, Tudor provides a 5 year warranty.....

as for the thickness....some vids say 14.5mm and some say 15mm....would be cool if somebody shows it with a caliper....

just stumbled on this Hondikee article on a custom BB GMT from Tudor....

https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/a-...nly-watch-2021

like the exhibition case back...hope Tudor adds this to their GMT next year (like the BB58 925-silver).....with the micro adjust clasp (like the BB58 bronze)....

Went to order Tudor’s brown calf leather strap (‘Terra di Siena’) yesterday through the AD, but it was recently discontinued. Bummer.

Was planning to switch it between the GMT and Tudor Heritage Ranger. Oh well!
