Yes, the patients tend to buy lovely gifts :) It was following an operation I did for them that went superbly well.

Tonight a special 2007 Marcassin Estate Pinot which received a rating of 99 Pts. and for good reason! Tonight I will
surprise my wife at dinner with a pair of 4 and a half carat custom diamond hoop earrings that she has wanted for
