I know that the lume/minute-marker angle difference is a divisive design choice but, once you know the 'why' - lume dots are referenced against the 'bezel' and the minute markers against the second hand, which is how the eye perceives them - it actually adds to the appeal for me.

I had tried on a 5167 and I just felt that it wore a little big on me, and I was really looking for a more under-the-radar alternative to my Rolex 16520, a role that this 5066 fills admirably.

A yellow gold 5065 has A LOT of charm! And that's a pretty rare sighting in the wild, I must say, with that model and that metal.
