The sheet your pen is lying on... The IVS tools, The KLASEM, The photo levels... All too familiar, I was a photo process tech for almost 20 years. I ran all kinds of aligners ( Nikon, Ultratech, SVG, EVG, Canon, ASML, Suss... ) for years.

Rework, Clean Reticle? Repeating defect?

Now I play with dicing Saws...

I was certain the sheet gave I t away. As I approach the end of my career it's hard to believe I've got 42 years in the biz. I've been in and out of litho all along with whole bunch of different areas as well. Now back in the photolith game. My goal is 47 years. Can't walk away when there's real money on the table. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll put me out of my misery.

Congratulations on a long career in the business. Manufacturing isn't what it used to be for sure. I have 27 years in with my company and hope for at least 15 more, but it gets sketchy now and then. On occasion I have hoped the same, that they would end the misery... but to be honest, I enjoy my job and I think I am ok at it.

It's not always been easy staying in. There were times when I got laid off for varying reasons and had to move to stay in the game. I wish I'd had 27 years with a company but none of the ones I've been with (outside of the current one where I've been 11 years) are still in business (OK one was taken over and dismantled; the dismantling company still exists). At any rate on to more pleasant discussions.

Tuesday is my birthday and yesterdays we celebrated both Father's Day and my birthday. My wife bought me a pen I've wanted as a present. It's the red one below. I also got the matching ink.

Today I wrote with my Wancher True Ebonite Matte Black Dream pen (EF), with Diamine Sherwood Green ink. Perfect for small, precise writers.

Thanks, I really like it. I pairs perfectly with the red James Dean ink as well.

Architects nib is truly remarkable. This is my first pen with one. Highly advise anyone to get one.
