This watch is THE ICON..... a word often over used these days by marketing people....Many things are referred to as icons these days...but most are not...they enjoy a popularity which is fleeting.

This is the watch all brands wish they had in their selection...this is the watch copied by countless other watch brands..this is the watch UNFORTUNATELY faked more than any other watch in the world......this is the most recognised quality watch and brand(Rolex) and name (Submariner).....

THIS IS THEICON

Cherish the moment; thanks for sharing it here!

PS: In case I haven't said it enough lately, I am unabashedly a Timothy Dalton as James Bond fan (nobody did 007 more like Ian Fleming intended; no-body!).

Ok, some more... I promise I won't bore you much more after this with new pics .

What's inside this box :) ?

... but another Box!

With some goodies, yay! \o/

It's Swiss alright...

But who makes these?

They make it!

It's locked.

And sealed.

Until you take it into your hand :).

And of course inspect its authenticity, that little bastard is hard to get into a photograph.

And finally a wristshot! Thanks for watching .

I bought and sold 3 different Subs, and have my current one that I will NEVER part with (voluntarily). Should have just kept the first one I ever had!

Thanks for all the compliments guys! I love the watch, and I plan on taking more even better shots later when I get the suitable photo gear for the work. So you might see more later, even though I promised not to. .

I love it when here people are excited over something that they have seen many times before. Only with watches like these, this is possible :).

Guys,

I got a few PMs saying that I should blur out the serial number of this watch. I don't understand why this is necessary?

The watch has been bought from a respectable collector as brand new, nothing to hide here. :) I have seen some others blurring out this info from their photos, but I decided not to, because I didn't see any good reason for it.
