I'm headed back to Maui in May. We went 2 years ago and it was a great place. I did go to that AD in shops at Wailea. They had some nice watches in there.

where was this shot taken? if on maui, then that has to be the big island in the distance... or you could be on the big island looking towards maui, but it would have to be taken from a really weird location.
Sorry for the very late response.
The pic was taken atop Mt Haleakala looking toward the west Maui mountains.

Nice pics! If you liked Mama's, try Haili'Imaile General Store in upcountry. Food is a lot better than Mama's. But you can't beat the location and ambiance of Mama's. (bevgannonrestaurants.com)

Another place we always go is down Makena Road, about 2 miles south of the gold courses. On the side of the road, across the first parking lot to Big Beach, is a truck and trailer.(there is another truck backed up to hers who sells fruit) The woman makes the BEST fish wraps!!! There are other people selling food, but hers is the best.

My family gets to Maui twice a year, May and December, and we love it.

Even after insisting she not remove any from the case- many were removed which gave my lovely wife a greater understanding of how much of a WIS I am!!!

If your ever here- it's definatley a good place to check out!
Congrats on your wedding and choice of a Honeymoon destination. Have fun in the islands!

Sorry, got too excited when I saw Maui and food!

I was at B&L in the Shops at Wailea a couple of weeks ago and they had one of these.......

Not something I'd own, but it looks much better in person. I'll try to get a wrist shot when I'm there again in April.

haha, essex, yeah that guy in front of Big Beach on the side of the road. He makes a $14.00 fish sandwhich that is unbelievable. Although he rarely has fish. You have to stop each day and ask if he has some. He drinks Heineken in a can while he cooks for you :)

Which AD in NOVA is this??
