I have a Japanese Rolex catolog showing Brad Pitt wearing every model in the entire Rolex line. They probably give him one of everything just in the hope that he will be photographed wearing the watch.

I think that's how JJ got his flock.

But that's just sick. And Rolex won't shell out a penny to have an spot in James Bond movies? Someone needs to do the match and see what it takes to own every model.

I think the Japanese retailer that produced the catalog probably paid Brad in watches for a day or two of modeling. Most of the photos were taken on the beach in Mailbu, with him frolicking in a suit. Some other photos were taken while he was sitting at a piano. He also did a TV commercial for the Rolex Explorer, which aired only in Japan.

Question about my TT GMT. Are the hour, minute, and second hands real gold or just gold in color?

All Rolex watch hands, markers, etc. are either solid 18 K White Gold or Yellow Gold, tosser!!

The next time you ask silly questions, you'll be given 50 push-ups!!

Yes, and I did mean ALL....even the "cheapest" entry level ones like the no-date models and the Air-King. All hands and markers are 18 K WG.

I'd prefer an arrangement wherein I could sleep with the sheep!! Would that be possible from Paulie Walnuts?

Good question, Robert. But I'm seriously not sure. I think in all probability they are still 18 K WG, but could be Pt. Perhaps some of the experts her could throw some light on this matter.

No....as far as I know, the movement is made out of regular metal. However, certain very high-end watches like Pateks, GOs and APs do implement 22 K gold rotors.
