Meter is the wrong word. It is really just a simple indicator which turns from red to black when the watch requires winding.

I do like the back power reserve feature, but I think it's kinda redundant since I won't see it when I'm wearing it, and I don't get the idea of the GMT feature without AM/PM or 24 hrs indicator.. and besides I don't use the GMT on my panerais anyway...
