""""Did the wiggle test: 8 hours/turn! confirmed the 3186 Movement"""""
actually, the wiggle test refers to whether or not the 24 hour hand 'wiggles/has play' while jumping the regular hour hand back-and-forth. the 3186 has less/no play, while the 3185 has a bit more. but it is unreliable, as the 3185 movements experience much variation in the amount of 'wiggle-ness'. the better test, short of opening the back, is what you did... jump the hour hand x times in one rotation of the crown. anyway, great watch! i used to have one, and it soooo comfortable. enjoy it!!! |
