I bought a pre-loved D series Coke and it had scratches on the clasp from regular light use. I used that brush to brush them out just because it wasn't me who put them there... A couple of weeks after that I miscalculated my strength and the strength of Patron and woke up with a nice long scratch on the clasp. I don't want to brush that one out because it reminds me of a memorable evening and it was me who put it there after all.

Thanks all, made a decision not to polish.
I will attend a watch show later this year and trade or sell it there where folks can see 1st hand. Thx Mike |

As a member posted on one of my threads, OCD comes in many forms. I am ex military and co-workers envy the shine on my shoes. I'd keep my watch in the best reasonable shape even if it meant a periodic touch up on PCL's.

Leave it the way it is. Just describe it that way when you list. Good buyers like to know the exact condition of the watch and wouldnt care if there are swirls from normal usee. If you are honest in describing it the way it is it will definitely sell.
