Did check with jewelers mutual...

Guess what .


They cover in the U.S. and in Canada except for the province of Quebec which i am a resident of !!!!!!!!!!

Asked them why they do not include Quebec in their coverage by email.

Here's the answer from them:

. Jewelers Mutual is a U.S.-based company that specializes in insuring jewellery and jewellery businesses throughout the United States and Canada. However, for our Personal Jewelry Insurance program, Quebec insurance law requires that we do business in the French language. Unfortunately, we are not staffed to do so, and therefore we cannot offer the program in Quebec. My apologies.

Yup.

Tried doing a contest for my old company. The dual language requirements made it so onerous we had to exclude Quebec. Ticked off a lot of folks.

Perhaps the citizens of Quebec can write their government officials and complain.
