Would Love Your Help Choosing My DJ Dial!
That's right guys - after my numerous posts about several different watches that I "KNEW" were the one for me I'm going back to my original love. The classic 36mm DateJust.
I know I posted a few weeks back about focusing on paying off my student loan but after implementing a plan that saves me over 5 grand in interest I'm still easily left with the money to make my purchase. On top of that my fiance has given me her official blessing on the matter so now there's nothing holding me back Here's my conundrum: I know I want the Oyster bracelet and I know I want the fluted bezel. **Forgot to add in SS with a WG bezel** Not the most popular combination but the DJ II really brought it to light for me and I LOVE the combo! I'm stuck between these 4 dials but I have concerns about each and I'd love to hear what you guys think. I've listed them in order of my favorite to my least (but would still love) favorite Please vote and comment if you can! 1. Silver Concentric - I LOVE this dial, it looks so sharp but its reflectiveness really worries me. Less casual and more flashy. 2. Blue Concentric - A safe alternative to the silver - I feel I probably like it just as much as the silver but it's less flashy and more casual. 3. White Romans - I love the crisp white of the dial and Roman's were the original dial I fell in love with and to me they scream Rolex. 4. Silver Romans - A very clean dial, I think it may be a bit dressy for everyday use and In some photo's it seems to lack contrast from the rest of the watch. I appreciate your help guys |
